ALL IN ONE DAY – WITH NO BONE GRAFTING

This is the significant difference between what we do at New Teeth Now versus other Jacksonville dental implant providers. First, we don’t turn away patients who have been told they can’t get dental implants due to bone loss. Secondly, we don’t require any bone grafting for a full arch procedure. Our oral and maxillofacial surgeons have spent years developing a time-tested, proven technique that ensures the titanium implants are fixed in your mouth securely and permanently. It is this specialized approach that allows you to arrive for your procedure in the morning, and walk out with a flawless, fully functional set of teeth that same afternoon. You’ll be back home in Jacksonville by evening!

A PAIN-FREE PROCEDURE

Our patients frequently remark at how pain-free the full mouth dental implant procedure is. Since you are asleep under general anesthesia, you will feel nothing at all during dental implant surgery. When the procedure is complete, while you are still asleep, the surgeon will administer a long-lasting pain medicine that prevents discomfort for several hours after you wake up. You will also receive a prescription for pain medication for use at home, though a vast majority of our patients say they never need to use them.

DESIGNED TO LAST

DESIGNED TO LAST A LIFETIME

Dental implants are technically much different than traditional crowns, partials, or other types of dental work you may have. Titanium implants are designed to last a lifetime and to support zirconia implant crowns.

Not only is zirconia the most durable material used in implant dentistry, it’s also chosen for its optimal esthetics. Your zirconia crowns will look great, and no one will be able to tell the difference.

A PROCEDURE FOR ANYONE

If you have been told you cannot get dental implants due to bone loss in your mouth, New Teeth Now was created just for you. We are one of only a few clinics in North America that surgically place zygomatic dental implants. The likelihood that we cannot treat you is very slim, and we are proud to say “yes” to patients when other dental professionals have told them it could not be done.

JASON LEE, DDS, FRCDC, DIP(ABOMS)

Education

Jason Lee, DDS, FRCDC, Dip(ABOMS), is an experienced and highly qualified board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon. He has been practicing since 2008, having completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2003 from the University of Buffalo School of Dental Medicine, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. He went on to complete his postgraduate training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery from the University of Florida School of Medicine, where he served as the Chief Resident from 2006–2007.

Dr. Lee then continued his training, completing a Microvascular Reconstructive/Head and Neck Fellowship in 2008, becoming one of the first single-degree surgeons in North America to achieve this accomplishment. Dr. Lee has been affiliated with several major tertiary hospital systems over the years and is currently on staff as a Facial Trauma and Oral Surgeon at HCA Memorial Jacksonville. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada, specializing in OMFS (FRCDC) and a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, and has training in Advanced Trauma Life Support.

In the Community

Dr. Lee has been active in the community and served in various leadership positions throughout his career. He is a member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, Florida Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, and a member of the American College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. He has also been a Fellow of the International Academy of Oral Oncology.

Throughout his career, Dr. Lee has had a strong commitment to giving back through volunteer work locally and internationally. He began this journey while still a dental student and at the time, he didn’t realize what he got himself into when he signed up for his first trip to Brazil. He lived on a boat for 10 days in a hammock, 15 hours down the Amazon River, providing oral surgery in a hut to the local villagers. That trip eventually ignited a fire, and he has since traveled to multiple countries, including Vietnam, Nicaragua, and the Philippines, to provide his expertise in performing critical surgeries. Since 2007, Dr. Lee has been traveling to the Philippines with the local Medical Society to provide procedures such as cleft lip and palate surgery, head and neck tumor surgery, and thyroid surgery, and has completed hundreds of these surgeries during these trips. His commitment also extends to the local community, as he has provided many pro bono facial reconstructive surgeries through his affiliation with the local trauma center. Dr. Lee’s dedication to serving those in need is a core value that he brings to his work as a surgeon and a leader in the field.

Expertise

With Dr. Lee’s unique training in the field of oral and maxillofacial surgery and microvascular surgery, he has established a successful practice that has encompassed all facets of the specialty. Dr. Lee has represented the profession as one of the first single-degree OMFS to perform head and neck and microvascular surgery in several major hospitals in the USA. He has demonstrated his expertise in a wide range of surgical procedures, from oral cancer, orthognathic, TMJ, dentoalveolar, trauma, and implant surgery. Currently, he is dedicated to utilizing his skills in dental implant full arch reconstruction, oral surgery, and facial trauma surgery, and he is excited to culminate this surgical expertise to serve patients at New Teeth Now.
